Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label sent directly to your inbox.

  Package Your Products

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
